Terms of Service

Please read these terms and affiliate conditions carefully before operating campaigns, using tracking links, or receiving publisher payouts.

Effective Date: September 26, 2026 Affiliate Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, logging in to our publisher platform, or generating promotional links through AoTrack, you agree to abide strictly by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Traffic Quality & Prohibited Practices

Maintaining high advertiser traffic quality is paramount. Affiliates must strictly adhere to the following traffic compliance standards:

Strict Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy
Any affiliate found generating artificial leads, bot traffic, automated postback triggers, unauthorized brand bidding, or incentivized clicks without prior written permission will face immediate account termination and permanent forfeiture of unpaid balances.
  • No click farms, proxy rotations, emulator-driven conversions, or automated bots.
  • No cookie stuffing, domain hijacking, or misleading deceptive ad creatives.
  • No spam via SMS, unauthorized mass email, or social media spamming.

3. Payouts & Invoicing

Commissions are calculated based on valid verified conversions tracked via our tracking system:

  • Payouts are processed based on agreed payment terms (Net-7, Net-15, Net-30, or Bi-Weekly) upon reaching the minimum payment threshold.
  • Conversions reversed or disputed by advertisers due to fraud or chargebacks may be deducted from current or future earnings.
  • Affiliates are solely responsible for providing accurate payment method credentials (PayPal, Bank Wire, USDT, Payoneer).

4. Limitation of Liability

The platform and tracking links are provided "as is". While we strive for 99.9% tracking uptime and redundancy, we shall not be liable for third-party hosting downtimes, upstream advertiser server delays, or force majeure events.
